If you need to arrange a funeral please either give us a call or pop into the office to meet us and we can either make plans for everything involved there and then if you feel you are ready, or we can come to your home and make the arrangements.
We will explain every step that needs to be taken and there will be no ambiguity, we will show you our brochures so some decisions can be made by you and your family at that time.
You will be given plenty of time to allow you to decide what you need to make the funeral as special and personal as possible.
All the information needed will be given to you at the time of our meeting so everyone can feel at ease knowing exactly the procedures.
Some families know precisely what they want and other families need time to organize everything - we are always prepared for both.
For many people it is often their first visit to a funeral director and the result of this can be daunting, we often deal with such situations. In no time at all we will put you at ease by explaining everything and fully address any concerns you may have.
